Hi. My name is Sara Varona and I am a certified yoga instructor offering one on one personal yoga sessions in the Boca Raton area. I work hard to get great results for my clients and they give my lessons rave reviews.
Like many yoga instructors I began teaching classes in a number of different locations when I discovered a shocking truth. Many of the people attending the classes needed more attention than they could receive during the course of a group class. Seriously, some of the classes I've seen resemble cattle cars where people are packed into rooms without enough space. It doesn't matter if you can't remember the last time you exercised or even if you believe you can't get back into good shape, lose weight or increase your flexibility. Overnight Success Story
Please allow me to share just one of my success stories with you. A year ago, if you had asked Dr. Harlan Kilstein if he would be a regular yoga practitioner, he would have laughed. But under the laughter, he had a problem - he was more than 50 pounds overweight and had tried everything.
You name the diet, he did it. He joined gyms. Hired personal trainers. Watched his food intake but nothing helped. His weight kept going up.
In desperation, Dr. Kilstein decided to try yoga. I'll let him tell you about his experiences in his own words.
"When I took my first lesson. I was badly out of shape. I was so out of shape, I wore shirts two sizes two larges to disguise my weight. Since my job is behind a computer, my muscles were in terrible shape. Plus, I had injured my shoulder and had problems with my rotator cuff.

Recover Your Flexibility
You might just be suprised at how quickly and easily your body begins to recover and respond. I've worked with clients of all ages - from young children to senior citizens. I never fail to be amazed by the ability of the human body to adjust and recover from injuries and limitations.
I never push a client beyond their abilities and most importantly - I encourage you to listen to your body. In many cases, your body became stiff and less flexible over time. It may take some time to recover. Pushing you or forcing you beyond your abilties could aggravate problems. This is one of the most important reasons why someone which physical challenges should only work with a private instructor.
